I buy my hardwoods from my supplier and he edge joints one edge for me in his shop. I then cut into various widths after getting back into my woodshop.

I have the wood surfaced sanded down to size,(as you can see in the pic's). I then router both edges to be glued up into the final size and clamped for the display currently being made at the time.

I'm pictured below wearing red ear muffs with my NY hat, while running the machines needed to size the pieces.
